Refunds, returns, and product warranty


Returns

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date your order is marked as delivered (as per tracking information). Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if more than 7 days have passed since delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, show no signs of wear, and be in the same condition you received it - along with the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note: Shipping costs for international orders are non-refundable.

Warranty

All products come with a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.

Due to the 3D printing process, minor blemishes, surface scars, or buff marks may appear on the underside of the plastic shell. These are not considered defects.

The warranty does not cover:

- Damage due to misuse, accidents, or environmental conditions
- Issues caused by disassembly or modification
- Theft

 

Please retain your original receipt or invoice, as proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.
