For Blade I - soapy water with a soft microfibre towel.
For Blade II - 70% or 90% Isopropyl Alcohol with a soft microfibre towel.

The dongle receiver needs to be plugged into your PC via USB to be detected by Xpanel.

Do I need to update my zeromouse firmware when I receive it?

Nope, every zeromouse is loaded with the latest firmware just days before you receive it. The latest firmware versions currently are 8.0.3, and 8.0.4, both are identical except for some identifiers.

Cursor skipping, slow cursor resetting

This is usually related to LOD (lift off distance) and sensor height, and can occur with different skate / mousepad combinations. If you encounter this issue, please set LOD to 2mm. If the problem persists, please contact support.
